Handy Helpers Senior Group

Knitting, crocheting, coffee, cake, and a chat, this group is for everyone who loves to knit or crochet together. Exchange patterns, learn new technologies, and get inspired by other knitters. The local ladies meet twice a week to catch up on the knitting, laugh, and showcase all their beautiful work.

Men’s Senior Photography Club

The men have been using the facilities of the centre for some years. They meet twice a week to discuss photography and to have a cup of coffee and a chat. St.Benedict’s resource centre is a place to meet old friends and new friends. Our centre is a safe and welcoming place for the local men to meet.

Tuesday & Friday 10 am – 1 pm.

Active Age Ballroom Dancers

This group forms part of the local Active Age Retirement Group.
What began as a small dance class has blossomed into a flourishing group with over 30 members each week.

Active Age Fitness Group

Active Age Fitness is committed to providing health and fitness activities specifically for the senior members of the local community. Rachel provides both Fitness Fusion (Over 55s Low impact Keep Fit) and Pilates. PAYG €7.00

Fitness Fusion:
Monday 11 am – 12 pm and Friday 10.30 am – 11.15 am.
Pilates:
Friday 11.30 – 12.30

Scouts Club

The 35th Dublin Grange Scouts caters for 12-18 year olds and is located here in St. Benedict’s Resource Centre.
